It is apparent that the Federal Government is encroaching in every aspect of our lives and even more dangerous is that being a free and independent state is in jeopardy.

The Wyoming 10A project isn’t about succession, it’s about claiming our right to govern ourselves on issues of firearms, taxes, land issues, you name it.

We must take a stand and we believe that useless resolutions (during the 2010 budget session) do nothing in our quest for protection of freedom, we must enact “nulification legislation” including amendments to the Wyoming Constitution that affirm our state sovereignty. We need real teeth!!!

Remember, most of us live in Wyoming because we are independent people and we can no longer trust the Federal Government to guard our inalienable  rights and as the citizens of Wyoming we must act now.

The required steps to amend the Wyoming Constitution are set forth in Article 20. A two-thirds vote is required in each house before the amendment is published (“for at last twelve consecutive weeks, prior to said election, in at least one newspaper of general circulation, published in each county”) and submitted to the voters in the next general election.
