George Soros Explains His View Of Donald Trump’s Muslim Comments

The Forbes billionaire hedge fund manager and philanthropist George Soros has recently been responding to calls from Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump for a ban on Muslim people entering the U.S. Soros is a well known supporter of the Democratic party and has used his vast wealth to provide the people of the world with an education and deeper understanding of the system of democracy. Trump’s comments came in the wake of the Paris terrorist attacks that had unified the world in opposition to ISIS and other extremist groups; George Soros has used an interview published by Forbes to express his displeasure with the views of the potential Presidential candidate.

George Soros believes the comments of Donald Trump will have a negative effect on many areas of the world that are struggling to cope with the rise of extremism. The well known philanthropist who has been working to provide the values of democracy for the people of Africa and eastern Europe through his Open Society Foundations since 1979 believes the call for the closure of U.S. borders has set back the fight against ISIS. Prior to the comments of Trump a number of governments in the Middle East had reported making significant gains in lands seized by ISIS throughout the region.

The comments of real estate mogul Donald Trump are seen as dangerous for the people of the world by George Soros, who believes the comments made are the perfect recruitment speech for extremist groups. Soros believes the comments have come at a particularly difficult time for the people of Europe who are struggling under the weight of an influx of refugees fleeing the conflict in Syria. German Chancellor Angela Merkel has also come under fire from Soros for her role in the refugee crisis, which George Soros believes has done little to assist the struggling members of the European Union. For Soros the future of the entire European Union hangs in the balance and could collapse completely should the refugee crisis not be handled effectively.
